Shipping

How long does it take?

Everything is printed after you order. It ships in 2–5 business days, and US delivery takes about 3–4 business days after that. The product page shows an estimated arrival date.

What does shipping cost?

US shipping is free on every order. International shipping is free on orders over $75; under that, the cost is shown at checkout.

Can I track my order?

Yes. You'll get a tracking link by email when your order ships.

Exchanges and returns

The size is wrong. Can I exchange it?

Yes. You get one free size exchange per order, within 30 days of delivery: same piece, different size. Keep the original or pass it on; there's no need to send it back.

It arrived damaged or misprinted.

Send us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace it free.

Can I return something I changed my mind about?

Because every piece is printed to order, we can't take back pieces for a change of mind. If the size is the problem, use the free exchange.

Sizing

How do the tees fit?

Our Stanley/Stella tees use EU sizing and run small: size up for a regular US fit. Every product page has a size guide with garment measurements in inches and cm.

I'm between sizes.

Measure a tee you already like, flat, across the chest and from shoulder to hem, and compare it with the size guide. Or email us your measurements and we'll help.

Materials and care

What are the clothes made of?

100% cotton fabric, always. The exact blank, weight and fabric are listed on every product page. Hat embroidery thread is polyester.

How should I wash it?

Wash cold, inside out. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Don't iron directly on the print. Hats: spot clean only.

Photos

Are the models real?

No. The models are AI-generated. The garment, its colour and the print are exact: they're built from the real print file and checked against Printful's mockups.
